1st time cleaning package

Our 1st Time Cleaning Package is designed to prepare your home or office for ongoing maintenance. This comprehensive service ranges from 3 to 20+ hours, depending on the space. It includes detailed cleaning of:

Kitchen: Scrubbing and sanitizing sinks and countertops, cleaning appliance exteriors and interiors (microwave), and surface cleaning.

Bathroom: Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, and counters, with extra attention to buildup, shower doors, mirrors, and chrome polishing.

All Rooms: Dusting all furniture and miscellaneous items, wiping windowsills, baseboards, doors, light switches, and outlets, cleaning glass surfaces, vacuuming/mopping all floors, carpets, rugs, and stairs, removing cobwebs, cleaning light fixtures and fans, vacuuming sofas and chairs, and tidying up.

Basic cleaning

Our Basic Cleaning package is perfect for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on-call services. This cleaning includes the same specifications as our 1st Time Cleaning package, but is tailored for maintenance. This package typically takes 2 to 6+ hours, depending on your needs and the size of the space.

Spring/fall cleaning

Our Spring/Fall Cleaning package incorporates all the specifications of our 1st Time Cleaning. Regular clients can expect this service to take 3 to 10+ hours, while new clients might require 3 to 20+ hours for the initial deep clean.

Moving in/out cleaning

Our Moving In/Out Cleaning package is designed for vacant homes, apartments, or offices being prepared for new occupants or sale. We provide a top-to-bottom clean, typically taking 3 to 20+ hours.

Deep cleaning package

Our enhanced Deep Cleaning package includes all basic cleaning tasks, plus deep cleaning of areas like baseboards, inside cabinets, interiors of appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave), and cleaning of vents. This is usually a one-time cleaning or offered less frequently than regular cleaning.
