| 1st Time Cleaning Package | Our initial deep cleaning to prepare your space for ongoing service. Includes detailed cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming/mopping, and more. Typically takes 3-20+ hours. Kitchen: scrubbing and sanitizing sinks and countertops, clean surfaces and outsides of appliances, clean inside the microwave. Bathroom: scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, counters, clean shower doors, mirrors, and polish chrome. All rooms: dust all furniture and miscellaneous items, dust and wipe windowsills, baseboards, doors, light switches and outlets, clean all glass surfaces, vacuum/mop all floors, carpets, rugs, and stairs, remove cobwebs, clean any above light fixtures or fans, vacuum sofas, chairs and under seat cushions and tidy up where needed. |
| Basic Cleaning | Maintenance cleaning to uphold the cleanliness achieved in the 1st Time Cleaning Package. Available weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on-call. Typically takes 2-6+ hours. |
| Spring/Fall Cleaning | A comprehensive cleaning that mirrors the 1st Time Cleaning Package. Typically takes 3-10+ hours for regular clients, 3-20+ hours for new clients. |
| Moving In/Out Cleaning | Deep cleaning for vacant homes, apartments, or offices being rented or sold. We clean from top to bottom. Typically takes 3-20+ hours. |
